Initial use in Resolve 17 brings up NeatVideo window in Background

Hello,
I'm using Resolve 17 in a 2 monitor setup on a Macbook Pro running Big Sur.
The first time I invoked Neat Video 5 on Resolve 17, it brought up Neat Video's window behind one of the Resolve windows.
I thought that Resolve had hung... and ForceQuit it before realizing what had happened.
