Neat Video & Neat Image community

I currently have Neat Video 4 with AFterEffects CC 2020. It works just fine inside the application, but when I try to render, the degrain is not at full strength. It comes out almost half de-grained in the render.

I'd appreciate any assistance here!

Please verify that you build the noise profile using full-resolution frames: check the frame size inside Neat Video window. It must be the full resolution of the clip.

It is not showing the full resolution of the clip. How do I change it?
My plate is 4480x3096 Anamorphic. It's reading as 2240x1548 inside of the prep window.
