Neat Video & Neat Image community

Premiere with SR plugin.
For some reason, Neat is stuck on only showing me the first frames of my project. It used to show me whatever frames I had selected when I launched the plugin, but now it only shows me frame 1. How can I advance frame or otherwise move?

Please check if this is reproducible in a fresh new test project with just one clip.
Perhaps it is a project issue.
