Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi there,

I've just installed the demo plug-in but it doesn't show up in Photoshop in the Filters Menu. I'm using Mac M1 with latest PS and Big Sur updates.

Any advice?

M1 is not yet supported by the plug-in. We currently work to add that support.

In the meantime, it may be possible to make the current version of the plug-in work on M1 if you run Photoshop in Rosetta mode. To do that please close Photoshop, then select the icon of Photoshop, then go to menu File > Get Info and in the 'Get Info' dialog select the "Open using Rosetta" checkbox.

Then start Photoshop. It should start in Rosetta mode and be able to see and use the plug-in. The plug-in will be slow but it will work.

Okay, Thank you. I will use the Stand-alone edition for now as it works very well.
