New user, how to train the eye for noise reduction

I've used Lightroom and Photoshop for ages, but with better Hi-ISO performance dslrs, we're now shooting at ISO levels previously taboo.
I need to better adjust and train my creative eye to the nuances of noise filtration. How does one train their eye to notice and properly correct deviations in these kinds of noise:
Luminance noise
Color (chroma) noise
Banding noise
Salt-and-pepper (impulse) noise
Electronic interference noise
Film grain
JPEG artifacts
In-camera noise reduction artifacts
