How can Neat Video be used to remove contrast flicker, like the "Flicker Free" plugin by Digital Anarchy?

I think it may be able to reduce it. Please try to use the Local Flicker section of the Temporal filter as described in the User Guide and in this video tutorial and let me know if you get good results.
