Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hey all,

I've just installed V9 for Photoshop 23.0.2.

Every time I hit apply, Photoshop hangs and becomes unresponsive.

I've tried doing a clean reinstall and restarted my computer. I've also tried applying noise reduction to various images and the problem persists.

Anyone else had this error?

System specs:

Windows 10
AMD Threadripper 3990x
3090
128GB Ram

Yeah, I got the same problem. Suddenly Neat Image didn't preview the settings anymore and after hitting cancel, PS became unresponsive.

Please submit a bug report using this page.

Also, please check if the problem is reproducible with other images, other types of images and if it is reproducible when you use the standalone version of Neat Image. Please reply to support (at) neatimage.com by e-mail.

Didn't happen again after changing processing from cpu+gpu to just cpu.
