OBS Studio Plugin

I was surprised to get 0 results when searching for "OBS". Are there any plans to create an Open Broadcasting Studio plugin? Or is it even possible to do live noise reduction?
Even if it adds some extra delay it would not really matter, since most streaming services (like Vimeo) already add quite some delay by themselves (sometimes 30 seconds or more!). As long as the delay is fixed so that the audio can reliably delayed at the same rate.
Many OBS users are using a cheap webcam, and the cost of a Neat Video plugin is a more affordable option than upgrading to a professional camera and lighting rig.
An additional bonus in the live streaming segment is that less noise usually leads to better compression and less bandwidth usage.
