How to uninstall older version

I recently installed v5 in FCP X 10.6.1 running under macOS Monterey but v4 still appears in the effects window (along with v5). How can I uninstall the older version? The old Uninstall app no longer works.

Please re-install the latest update of v4 and then run the v4 Uninstall app again.
