Neat Video & Neat Image community

I recently upgraded my computer and video editing software. My old computer was Windows 7 64bit with Vegas 14 and Neat Video 4.8.2. NV worked fine then.

My new comp is Windows 10 64bit with Vegas 17. Installed the same Neat Video 4.8.2 and it's not showing up in the Vegas FX menu. I know it's called "Reduce Noise 4" in the menu. It's not there. All the content folders are installed correctly in the Windows 10 programs / common files / ofx folder, which is where I also have some BCC plugins installed and those are showing up fine in Vegas.

Anyone have a clue? Thanks!

I would try to update Neat Video to the most recent version 4.8.7 available in your account. It doesn't officially support Vegas 17, but who knows, perhaps it will work.
