Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi,

I recently upgraded to a Mac Studio Ultra and I can no longer use Neat Video in Davinci Resolve Studio (ver 17 and the 18 beta). Neat OFX (v5) shows up and works fine in Fusion Studio but does not show up in Resolve at all, which is where I primarily use it. I don't see it listed in the OFX section of the Color page or the Edit page and if type in "Reduce Noise" all I am offered is Resolve Noise Reduction tool. Anybody know why this is happening?

Neat Video v5 OFX does not support Resolve and never supported it. v4 did but not v5.

In v5, Resolve is supported by a separate plug-in developed specifically for Resolve: Neat Video v5 plug-in for Resolve.
Please use that plug-in with Resolve.

Have the same problem, Plugin correctly loaded, but does not show up.
It works flawlessly in Nuke and Natron, but not Resolve.
Where can the plug-in for Resolve (Linux) be downloaded? Cannot find it on the download page.

If you purchased a v4 Pro OFX license, then the Linux version of that v4 Pro OFX plug-in should be in your account.
If you purchased a license for v5 Pro plug-in for Resolve, then the Linux version of that plug-in should be there as well.

Generally:
- v5 OFX plug-in does not work in Resolve;
- v5 plug-in for Resolve does work in Resolve;
- v4 OFX plug-in does work in some versions of Resolve.

Oh..
i see now that v5 has to be purchased separately from the OFX version.
