Options Window not launching v5 SR FCPX

Wondering if anyone has insight or help. I'm on macOS 12.4 FCPX 10.6.2 with NeatVideo5FC(SR).Pro.UB. I've been using it recently but on my current project, the options window won't load. I've tried 4k and 1080p, relaunching and reinstalling. When I click Options Window I get a dialog that says Final Cut is preparing frames 0%. It goes away and nothing launches. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I reinstalled FCPX and it's working again.

I'm running into this again and reinstalling is not helping. Apple M1 Max. Monterey 12.4. FCPX 10.6.1. (to avoid the bug). NeatVideo5FC(SR).Pro.UB

FCPX 10.6.1 is very old. Please try to install the latest version 10.6.4.

Last I knew Neat Video was not working in versions past 10.6.1. The rendering problems present in 10.6.2 and 10.6.3. This was as of two months ago. Has that been resolved?

Edit: I see in the other thread that it's been resolved in 10.6.4. Will update.

Same problem here with the latest versions of FCPX & NV SR, the box "final cut is preparing frames" appears and that's it. Reinstalling NV didn't help, and before I do a reinstall of FCPX I wanted to check whether that's a known problem.

Re-installing FCP may help but it should be done correctly as well. Please contact support [at] neatvideo.com for details.
