Neat Video & Neat Image community

Noise reduction used to work fine and stopped applying to the image recently.
I can open Neat Video as a plug-in within Final Cut Pro 10.6.4 and can do all the fine tuning, but when I "apply" and go back to the FCP project time line, nothing has changed in the footage. What's the problem, anyone?

Could be many things, like disabled effects on the side of FCPX or just simply old version of the plug-in that needs to be updated. Please check the version first and update if necessary.
