Neat video is not working in Ventura in my m1 mac, is this a known bug??

Please try to install the latest version (updated today) available in your account and check again.

I'm also continuing to have issues installing this on my M1 running Ventura. Has anyone out there had success or suggestions for anything I might be missing?

Please restart MacOS and then try to run the latest version of the installer again.
