Blurring around moving subject

Hello guys, I have followed the youtube tutorials for setting up a profile and the advanced workflow.

The Noise reduction on this 16mm grain is UNREAL, however I am struggling to get rid of this motion blur as my subject moves.

You can notice it almost all around the outline of her body and especially on the brickwork.

Can anyone suggest what I can try to combat this?
