Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi,

Love Neat Video, have been using since 2019. However, I now have a problem - it will not show up in Premiere Pro 2024 (Build 58). It does show up in Premiere Pro 2023.

Here is what I’ve tried:

Close all Premiere Pro projects
Delete All Media Cache Files (requires restart)
Uninstall Neat Video (including all license data) using C:\Program Files\Neat Video v5 (SR) for Premiere\unins000.exe
Delete All Media Cache Files again (just in case)
Create new project
No Neat Video listed in any folder, including when searching for “Reduce Noise”. It also does not show up in existing projects either, giving me a "Video Filter Missing" prompt.

CPU Specs:
Ryzen 5950x
64gb G. Skillz Trident
RTX 3060

Please re-install the plug-in first. Then open Premiere's Effect Manager as shown below:

and check if Neat Video is listed there. Premiere may have disabled it there, then it will not appear in the effects.
