The Neat filter is very, very good to remove the "living grains" of underexposed video footage.
When editing such footage I always add some light and/or contrast using the Sony Vegas FX'es.
Now the question: In the FX-chain should I have the Neat filter before or after the light/contrast FX??
So far I do not see any difference - and I would prefer to add the Neat filter as the last one.
What say the experts ?
