Neat Video to remove horizontal lines & curves on video

Neat Video is absolutely a powerful Tool and I have restored some of my old videos using it. But I find one thing missing in it and that is the element to clean horizontal lines and black streaks that occur repeatedly during video playback. It would be more appropriate for a user if he is able to remove the repeated horizontal lines and black curves on old video. I can guarantee you that one day Neat Video will dominate other softwares in the industry. If possible please do rectify this. I will be the happiest person on earth if this is possible.
