Upgrading from Home to Pro version

I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem when it came to upgrading to the Pro version.

I gave Neat Video a shot and was impressed with what it could do, so I decided to upgrade. But unfortunately when I try to login to upgrade it rejects my username and password.

I dug deep into my inbox to find the email I received when I purchased the home version and used the information in it to try to login with no luck.

I have emailed the people at Neat Video a couple of times but they haven't been very helpful. They just told me where to go to upgrade and then instructed me to login, but there lies the problem.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

As we wrote earlier, you need to log on to v3 Home area to upgrade from v3 Home to v3 Pro version. Please log on to v3 Home area using your license (as described in the logon page).

You tried to log on directly to Pro area, that was not the right way.

Upgraded to Pro on wednesday. Also experiencing the same issue as stated above. Tried login on with license name and code, didn't work on both the Home and Pro page.

What to do?
