PProHeadless.exe (Media Encoder) Crashes When Encoding Video

I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 on Windows 7, and encoding using Adobe Media Encoder.
Whenever I apply use the Neat Video filter, and then go to encode, Media Encoder's PProHeadless.exe crashes. I have to close out of everything and log in to my computer again, because PProHeadless is a service.
If I remove the filter and try to encode again, everything is fine. I've tried encoding using multiple formats, including H.264, MPEG2 and Windows Media.
Any tips?
Thanks!
